Amiko – now living in Dallas- Texas, drew this sketch T-Shirt/Hat design herself and to pay homage to her grandmother’s Texas roots.  This original sketch with a US Copyright and design adds a red, white and blue Texas Lone Star on the cheek of this Texas “Wildcatter” inspired graphic. A Texas “Wildcatter” is an independent oil driller, who gambles and discovers oil “where no one else does”.  It’s a tribute to the freelance risk-taking profession that is deeply rooted in Texas history, lore and culture.  Amiko’s great grandfather was a “Wildcatter”.
